The Emberback Scuttler is a large, perpetually famished beetle, its chitinous shell dull and riddled with cracks. Though it can emit a faint, constant red glow from glands near its eyes, its overall appearance suggests a struggle for survival in harsh, barren environments. It lacks any true combat prowess beyond a weak bite and clumsy scuttling.
